When will I get my order?
Each order placed has a 1-3 day processing time before shipment. All orders are baked and shipped the same day to ensure freshness. All orders placed after 2:00pm on Thursday will not be shipped until Monday or Tuesday to guarantee freshness.
My cookies arrived imperfect, now what?
Regarding summer heat: Unfortunately, we cannot control or defend against the reality of summer heat. If your cookies have smearing of chocolate or glaze, it is because cookies cannot always withstand high-temps and remain perfect.
