When will I get my order?
Each order placed has a 1-3 day processing time before shipment. All orders are baked and shipped the same day to ensure freshness. All orders placed after 2:00pm on Thursday will not be shipped until Monday or Tuesday to guarantee freshness.
Where are your cookies made?
Our cookies are baked fresh and shipped from our dedicated cookie bakery located in Martinsburg, West Virginia.
